Shipping policy

All products are delivered digitally or physically.

Challenges start on the 21st of every month. You will not receive your deliverables for the challenge until 24 hours before the commencement of the program. If you sign up early, please be patient as all customers join this program the same. 

 

Ebooks- please allow up to a 7 business day delivery period. We pride ourselves on delivering quite quickly but please keep in mind sometimes things can happen. 

You will see them right away in your inbox- they should be delivered within 2 hours. Should you not see it automatically please look in the spam folder. It is your job to make sure you download it right away, as the link expires after 48 hours. 1 download per customer. 

 

Physical Products- such as creams and more. Our products are made with care for you the customer in mind. Please allow 3-9 business days for processing and 5-12 business days for delivery. We get thousands of orders each day and our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible!
